Tourist Attraction in Oddor Meanchey: Border Check- Pint of Ou Smach 

Border Check- Pint of Ou Smach
 is located at the common border of Cambodia and Thailand at a distance of approximately 41 kilometer from the provincial town by Road No. 68. One of the main highlights of Ou Smach is that it is a man-made site. Border Check- Pint of Ou Smach is one of the most popular sightseeing spots in Oddor Meanchey which was built with the financial aid provided by Royal Group Company and VTP shop Group Company. To add to the attraction of Border Check- Pint of Ou Smach, it has been organized as an entertainment spot of international standard. Most tourists who visit this place are from Thailand. 

The Historical and Cultural Sites of Khmer Rouge

Anlong Veng Oddor Meanchey in Cambodia is best known as one of the last major Khmer Rouge hold-outs in Cambodia along with Pailin. That apart, Oddar Meanchey is also famous as the province where Pol Pot was first tried and then died there. This legacy of the Khmer Rouge period has been used significantly by provincial authorities to lure tourists to come and visit this place.
The Cultural Site of Khmer Rouge (Tamu House) is presently located was originally under the control and administration of Khmer Rouge from the year 1979 till the end of 1997. The cultural site of Khmer Rouge is located in the middle of An Lung Veng Districial that lies at a distance of 100 kilometers from the provincial town by Road No 68. is one of the prime attractions of this place. A trip to the Cultural Site of Khmer Rouge (Tamu House), it is a must for any visitor who comes here as he can see the relics of the Khmer Rouge period in this site
The Cultural Site of Khmer Rouge (Tamu House) in Oddor Meanchey displays an array of statues and figurines that depict the lifestyle and troop arrangement of Khmer Rouge. These troop arrangements specifically pertain to the period during the struggle of Khmer Rouge against the Royal Government.

 The Cultural Site of Khmer Rouge ( Pol Pot Cave, Tomb) is one of the most popular tourist destinations in this place and is visited by a number of tourists all round the year. Tourists are free to take pictures of the remains of Khmer Rouge period, when they come here. The cremateriam was in the middle of Anlong Veng District on Dangrek mountain.
